Horses have always been a big part of my life and growth. From the age of 6 until now, they have captivated me and taught me so much. While competing in 25 mile endurance rides Chunky (my fearless pony) taught me about preparation, resilience, and focus. Competing in the NBHA World Finals with Slick helped me to learn how to work through anxiety and to trust my horse to run the best race. Working as a Wrangler at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in the middle of Paradise Valley allowed me the adventure of leading guests from around the world over thousands of acres of creation encountering majestic mountains, bear, and moose. Horses have helped me to better understand my own heart and relationships through many beautiful and difficult seasons, which is why I am so passionate about sharing that with others.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012 (Go Heels!) and even rode my horse on campus while running for Student Body President. I have an M.A. in Counseling from SEBTS, where I saw the hope can come into seemingly hopeless situations.

Over the past 11 years I have had the opportunity to work at local and national non-profits serving kids and families who have gone through difficult life circumstances in a ranch setting. After seeing the impact that a trusting relationship with a horse had on the growth and development of 36 teens from Los Angeles, it was clear to me that I wanted to spend my life watching that miracle unfold.

I am passionate about seeing people live in the fullness of they are made to be. It is a JOY to behold how people take what they learn from time in relationship with horses and continue to grow in all other areas of their lives. Looking forward to partnering with you in your journey.
