Horses have a unique ability to provide us space to be ourselves, learn how we are showing up in the world, and give us grace to practice how we want to show up in relationship with others. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, trouble regulating, or trauma there is hope. Through relationships with horses we learn what it means to be more human.
